Since last two months I have applied in many jobs by sending my resume and cover letter through courier or by sending email but i never get response.Last week I decided to apply in a job by in person drop resume and cover letter.
I faced many difficulties to meet HR directly but after some effort I got an appointment with HR and submit my resume and cover letter and after two days I received a call for interview and finally I got the job.
It was an amazing experience for me and I learned many things from it that companies HR prefer the persons who submit their documents directly in the company because it saves their time and it shows the passion of the employee about getting the job.
