How You Can Combat Resistance

Simple, not easy.

In a word: Action.

Action is what flips the script on inertia and results in momentum. Do it consistently and the interest compounds.

Resistance is the collective forces looking to derail your progress. Resistance prevents you from writing that novel, learning that instrument, or approaching that attractive person.

Action is the antidote in all of these cases.

Write. Practice. Try.

Failure is never as bad as the mind makes it. Done right, it’s the key to leveling up.

If you want to get better at something, take these two actions: 1) show up and 2) give your best effort.
